Hardware-in-the-loop experiment of electronic control unit for automatic transmissions

In order to design,develop and measure the ECU for automatic transmissions,the hardware-in-the-loop experiment method is used usually.This paper introduces the hardware composition and functions of the hardware-in-the-loop system of electronic control unit of AG4 automatic transmissions,carries out the test to the control unit on the experimental platform.The shifting point data of economic and dynamic type under fixed shifting strategy are obtained.The result indicates this experimental platform can not only merely do the test to the prototype unit,can also carry on the test in developing the unit.The results of the test and real test results are identical basically.2 tabs,4 figs,8 refs.
