Analytic modeling of monolithic inductors on semiconductor substrates

For inductors on silicon substrates, a simple predictive model is presented which explicitly accounts for substrate resistivity. Model and experimental results are in excellent agreement over a wide range of geometries, semiconductor resistivities, and frequency.
