A current mode analog circuit for tent maps using piecewise linear functions

A piecewise linear circuit using current mirrors is proposed to generate functions useful in chaos applications. Presented are a class of circuits that implement various tent map and similar functions. Simulation and practical results are presented for a chaos based noise generator.<<ETX>>
