Young household head and parents of school-age children were dissatisfied with apartment complex environment. As a push factor of residential mobility, house size was the most important factor. Push factor of young household head was dissatisfaction with the surrounding environment. In conclusion, apartment residents considered educational environment, public transportation and safety as more important factors than economic factor. So this kind of condition must be considered to reduce the push factor of the residential mobility among apartment residents.
