Design of Coil Winding Insulation Voltage Testing and Corona Signal Extraction System

With the wider and wider application of electrical equipment in aviation, aerospace, military, civil, agricultural and other fields, the requirements for safety and reliability of electrical equipment are becoming more and more stringent. Impulsive high voltage applied to the coil winding and corona signal extracted from the oscillation waveform are conducive to capturing the weak insulation defects of the coil, which plays an important role in the safety inspection of electrical facilities. This paper studies and develops a highspeed data acquisition and identification algorithm for corona signals, and designs an inter-turn withstand voltage test system for testing the insulation performance of coils.
