Multi-variable fuzzy control system of gas collector pressure in coke oven

In allusion to the features of strong coupling,multi variable and changeable parameter for gas collector pressure of coke oven, a kind of self optimization fuzzy controller is put forward on the basis of analyzing system peculiarity, auto control of gas collector pressure in coke oven is achieved.The experimental results show that the system has a good dynamic and static characteristics,and main qualifications are much better than original,during propelling coke and loading coal,when the gas collector pressures within (80±10)Pa,and the air intake duct pressure within (1 500±100)Pa.
