Resilient decentralized stabilization for uncertain interconnected systems with neutral delay

In this paper the problem of resilient decentralized stabilization is addressed for a class of uncertain interconnected systems with neutral delay and exogenous disturbances. Under resilient L2 - L∞ decentralized control, a state feedback controller is designed in order to achieve three goals: to stabilize the neutral delay system; to reduce the L2 - L∞ norm from the disturbance to the controlled output to a prescribed level; and more importantly, to ensure the variation of the controller gain within certain bound. It is shown that the resilient decentralized stabilization problem for the uncertain interconnected system can be resolved by using delay-dependent sufficient conditions derived.
