Apparatus and method of transmitting data block on uplink frequencies

PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method of transmitting a data block on uplink frequencies are provided to generate an RLC PDU in advance in consideration of a plurality of uplink grants for a plurality of frequencies. CONSTITUTION: In an apparatus and a method of transmitting a data block on uplink frequencies, a terminal obtains a plurality of first uplink grants of a plurality of uplink frequencies in a first TTI(S1010). The terminal determines a reference value based on the first uplink grant(S1020). The terminal generates RLC PDU based on a reference value(S1030). The terminal obtains the second uplink grant of the plural uplink frequencies(S1040). The terminal multiplexes the generated RLC PDU to generate an MAC PDU based on the second uplink grant(S1050). The terminal transmits each MAC PDU with to each uplink frequency domain(S1060).
