건설근로자의 동기부여를 위한 기대이론의 적용에 관한 연구 ( A Study on the Application of Expectance Theory for Motivation of Construction Workers )

The performance of constrution craft workers is a major topic of discussion and interest among construction practitioners and academics. Little effort has been directed at developing a comprehensive theory of worker performance. Outside of the construction industry, a great deal of research has been conducted with the objective of developing theories of worker performance and motivation. However, little research has been attempted to extend that research into construction. The purpose of this paper is to present a theory dealing with construction worker performance and motivation.
