Lattice Synchronization of Neural Oscillators for Scene Segmentation

Synchronization is an important mechanism for selforganization of neurons. In this work we give a rigorous analyze on the synchronization condition of coupled chaotic neural oscillators on a 2D lattice. Then, we show how this result can be applied to construct oscillatory correlation neural network for scene segmentation.
