Making an Open Style Civil Code

An open style civil code should be made, but not a closed style one. If a civil code is a close system, it would be full of danger, for the social economic life is active and not bound and hindered by law. Law shall give more spaces to it in future. An open style civil code should bear four characteristics: the opening of status and qualification of subject is the foundation for a civil code to become an open style one; the opening of civil rights is the sole of an open style civil code; the opening and freedom of acts should be the main stream of an open style civil code; in essence, the opening of the provisions of laws in respect of civil liabilities is a question of the diversification of the means of relief giving to the right owners.
