Method for managing nav in wireless lan system and device for same

A method for managing a network allocation vector (NAV) by a station (STA) in a wireless LAN system that supports a high efficiency physical layer protocol data unit (HE PPDU), according to an embodiment of the present invention, comprises the steps of: receiving a frame comprising duration information; selecting a predetermined NAV among a plurality of NAVs included in the STA; and managing the predetermined NAV on the basis of the duration information of the frame, wherein the predetermined NAV can be selected on the basis of whether or not the frame has been received from a basic service set (BSS) to which the STA belongs.
