Pseudo-satellite for transmitting magnitude-controlled navigation signal in global navigation satellite system and method thereof

The present invention relates to a pseudo satellite and a method for transmitting a navigation signal in which the size is controlled in a GNSS capable of enhancing the reliability of a pseudo satellite system by solving a near/far problem in the GNSS environment using the pseudo satellite which receives the navigation signal transmitted from the pseudo satellite using a GNSS (Global Navigation Satellite System) receiver by a user. For this, the pseudo satellite which transmits the navigation signal in which the size is controlled in the GNSS according to the present invention comprises; an interface part which is input a unique identifier of the pseudo satellite; a signal transmitting part which transmits the navigation signal for positioning the position in the GNSS; a control part which controls the size of the navigation signal transmitted by the signal transmitting part using envelops having a p period (Ti) which is determined according to the unique identifier of the pseudo satellite inputted in the interface part.
