A Novel High Speed and High Accuracy CMOS Current Comparator

In view of the problems about conventional current comparator,such as low speed and low accuracy,we have proposed a novel CMOS current comparator.Simulation results employing CMOS technique HSPICE model show that the propagation delay time is 5.2 ns for 3 V power supply and a ±0.3 μA square wave input current.The resolution of the current comparator is as low as 0.8 nA.It is suitable for high speed and high accuracy current-mode integrated circuits.
