Design of Small-Signal Amplifying Circuit in the Parameter Test System of Drilling Engineering

In order to measure drilling pressure, torque and side pressure etc. effectively in the parameter test system of drilling engineering, using the resistance strain sensor as a converter, the microvolt signal amplifying circuit is designed through analyzing the output signal of the resistance strain sensor. This design is applied with high-precision and rail-to-rail OP AD8552 as the core chip in the microvolt signal amplifying circuit. Through experimental test it is obtained with convinced data of amplifying circuit. Moreover, using Matlab software these data are processed and analyzed. The signal gain of the whole circuit is as high as 80dB, the circuit's antijamming competence and thermostability also good justified with its excellent amplifying to the signal above 1μV . Its signal amplifying is satisfied with the parameter test system of drilling engineering.
