The invention discloses an assembly and disassembly control system and an assembly and disassembly remote control device for engineering mechanical equipment. The assembly and disassembly control system comprises at least two receivers and the assembly and disassembly remote control device. The at least two receivers are arranged on different assembly modules of the engineering mechanical equipment, and are connected with respective executive systems on the assembly modules; the assembly and disassembly remote control device comprises a controller and an emitter connected with the controller; and the emitter can be wirelessly connected with any one of the at least two receivers and transmits a remote control instruction generated by the controller to a corresponding receiver to control an executive system of a corresponding assembly module to execute a corresponding action and further to assemble or disassemble the assembly modules. The assembly and disassembly remote control device can control the actions of the at least two receivers, so that the assembly or disassembly operation between the at least two assembly modules is simplified.
