Advances in Integrated Genetic Analysis

Genetic analysis is generally comprised of multistep processes. System requirements for integrating these tests are described, including reaction containment, thermal isolation, and reliable fluid-movement control. Functional integrated systems with results for p53 and cytochrome P450 mutation assays are reported.
