Dynamics Research and Automatic Control of Technological Equipment with Electrohydraulic Drive

The paper considers the issues of dynamics research and automatic control of technological equipment with electrohydraulic drives. The purpose of the research is the analysis of the main dynamic characteristics of technological equipment with an electrohydraulic drive and the development of method for synthesizing ACS for the equipment that takes into account stochastic perturbation and observation noise. The method includes the following main stages: development of the typical mathematical model of technological equipment with an electrohydraulic drive as the object of automatic control; synthesis of the optimal filter of the stochastic system and solving the deterministic task for synthesis of the optimal linear controller. The research of the dynamic characteristics of the automatic control systems for various drives was performed. The calculations of the transient processes for movements and speeds of working units are carried out, the influence of the system parameters on the quality of the transient processes is shown. The recommendations on the choice of optimal parameters are given. The research results can be used to improve technological equipment, in particular, to expand its functionality and improve dynamic characteristics.
