Design of the Flow and Temperature in an Entrained Flow Reactor

Entrained flow reactor is widely used in the research of pyrolysis and gasification dynamics.There are still some problems in the existing entrain flow reactor.An entrain flow reactor is designed and the second airflow preheating methods is introduced,which make the flow status meet strict laminar flow requirements.The result display that the temperature distribution in the reactor is uniform,the temperature difference is within the limite,the second airflow preheating methods can make entrance temperature distribution more uniform and the heating rate speed up,therefore some suggestion was given to the lab-scale entrain designing.
