This paper presents a standalone educational tool dedicated to the understanding of the MOS transistor behavior from electronic circuits design point of view. It encapsulates a chart-based design environment aimed at the design of analog circuits starting from basic analog structures (one transistor or groups of transistors) and going towards basic analog cells such as: OTA, operational amplifiers, voltage regulators.
