Dynamic synthetic testing system for retarding stop

The invention discloses a retarder dynamic synthesis detection system, which comprises a controller, a test board, a signal pick device, and a data processing and analyzing system. The test board consists of a stander, a hydraulic power impact unit, a clamping device and a sliding chute. The controller adjusts and controls the test board through a data line to cause the test board to generate pressure and impact force with different strength on the measured retarder. The signal pick device causes the received pressure and the displacement of the retarder to be collected by a pressure sensor and a displacement sensor and to be outputted to a signal collecting card through an amplifier, the signal collecting card converts the signal into the data read by a computer, a user analyzes and settles the data by using the computer and the corresponding program to obtain the dynamic response curve under the impact load of the retarder, the parameters of the return time, the terminal speed, and the dynamic opening pressure of the retarder can be obtained by the analysis, after being compared with the established standard performance index curve of the retarder, so whether the measured retarder is qualified or not can be obtained.
