Firm and steady reliability optimization design of mechanical parts

A kind of optimization designing method that could enhancing the reliability and robustness of mechanical parts has been put forward.Using the convex set model to describe the uncertainty existed in the parts design.By adopting the physical planning method to construct discontentedness function of the uncertainty parameters.By means of minimizing the worst value of discontentedness function to realize the robustness of objective function.Through the sensitivity analysis to achieve the robustness of constraint function.The firm and steady reliability optimization model was established based on physical planning and sensitivity analysis.This model is a kind of nested optimization model and can be solved by adopting the delamination method.By way of an optimization designing living example of valve spring the effectiveness and rationality of this method was explained.
