Introduce the principle of the mechanical arm,which is used for picking and placing crystal grain in the selector of LED. Make use of the characteristic of the motion control card PCT8134,design the mechanical arm which can grasp the crystal grains exactly. Analyze the parameters and the performances of the used components,determine the hardware and the software according to the motion of the mechanical arm. Give out the system chart and the hardware connection diagram,describe the software hierarchy of the program,give out the program flow chart of the mechanical arm,make use of the VC + + language writes the control program and user interface of the motion control. According to the research,the control system should have the characteristics of the usage convenience,the safety credibility and the performance stability etc.
