Stability analysis of networked control systems based on switched systems theory

This paper is concerned with stability and controller design of multi-input multi-output networked control systems (MIMONCSs) with multiple channels. Considering multi-channel networked-induced delays, data packet out-of-order and data packet dropouts in both the sensor-to-controller (S/C) and the controller-to-actuator (C/A), the states of the generalized sensor and generalized actuator are described respectively by two diagonal matrices. Then the MIMO NCSs models are modeled as a switched system with unknown switched sequence, and sufficient conditions for asymptotically stable are given based on the linear matrix inequality (LMI) technique and the Lyapunov method. This is further extended to uncertainty MIMO NCSs. Numerical example confirms its effectiveness.
