Polypoid endobronchial Hodgkin's disease with pneumomediastinum.

We report a 23-year-old man with polypoid endobronchial Hodgkin's disease which presented with intermittent multilobar atelectasis and spontaneous pneumomediastinum. Chest radiograph and CT findings are demonstrated.
