SR Reconstruction algorithm utilizing the Fast Interpolation Method

In this paper, we propose the fast bi-linear interpolation method for super-resolution reconstruction. This method reconstructs the high-resolution image rapidily by considering motion vector information for each lowresolution input image. And its caculation used the normalized deviation of image data to reduce computational complexity. This is based on RAVR(Rough AveRage) concept which is previous proposed algorithm for SAD computation. Since motion vector information which is obtained at registration error computation are considered, this proposed algorithm can reconstruct a high-resolution image rapidity.
