The fish meat skinning machine consists of a frame, a conveying device and a skinning device, wherein the conveying device consists of a conveying belt and a conveying motor; the conveying belt is fixedly mounted on the frame; the conveying motor is fixedly mounted below the frame and is connected with the conveying belt; the skinning device is a blade which is mounted at the front end of the conveying belt; a shaft is arranged in the inner back of the blade and is connected with a supporting frame; a handle is arranged at one end of the shaft and is used for regulating the direction of the blade edge; a gap is formed between the blade and the conveying belt; a fish skin collecting box is arranged below the gap; the surface of the conveying belt is provided with horizontal convex patterns for increasing the friction force and preventing stagnation of the fish skin. The fish meat skinning machine disclosed by the invention can be used for solving the problems that the prior art is low in skinning efficiency, easily damages fish meat and is inconvenient for large-scale production, and is simple and practical in structure, low in manufacturing cost and quite large in market promotion value.
