Modal Analysis of the New Type of Filtering Gear Reducer Based on ANSYS Workbench

The theory and structure of the new type of filtering gear reducer were presented,and its dynamic model was set up by ANSYS Workbench.The fore 15 ranks natural frequency and vibration were obtained by numerical calculation with Frequncy Finder modal solve tool,and the weak parts of reducer were found out.The result shows that syntonic phenomenon can’t occur and it has very attractive dynamic character,which provides evidence for the optimized design.
