Joint construction of modular unit structure and foundation concrete

Provided are a joint structure of a modular unit structure and a foundation concrete capable of maximizing the assembling workability and the lateral force resisting capacity, shortening construction period by simple bolting, and ensuring stable fixation of a column by installing a beam bound on a modular unit column in the foundation concrete through a binding bracket or a binding bracket in which a cast nod is installed. According to the present invention, the joint structure of a modular unit structure and a foundation concrete binding the bottom surfaces of multiple modular unit columns to the foundation concrete includes; an anchor bolt buried in the foundation concrete so that a screw part is exposed to the upper part; a binding bracket which has a bottom plate connected and fixed to the anchor bolt and which has multiple wind plates having a cross-shaped cross-section that the wing plates cross each other and installed on the upper surface of the bottom plate; and multiple fastening means fastening multiple wing plates to a pair of beams arranged to closely face each other on the side surface of each modular unit column.
