NVRAM data backup method

An NVRAM data backup method comprises the following steps: an address space is obtained in a FLASH through an application and used for backup of NVRAM data; when a system is started, NVRAM data are read from an NVRAM partition; whether the NVRAM data which are read currently are the same as the backup NVRAM data is judged through comparison; when the NVRAM data which are read currently are different from the backup NVRAM data, the NVRAM data which are read currently cover the backup NVRAM data. By the adoption of the NVRAM data backup method, when the system cannot be started normally due to the anomaly of the NVRAM data, the system can be started normally through the backup NVRAM data; moreover, the backup NVRAM data are updated continuously so that the backup NVRAM data can be the NVRAM data of last normal start all the time, and the instantaneity of the NVRAM data is guaranteed.
