Servo online oil sampling and controlling device and method

The invention discloses a servo online oil sampling and controlling device and a method. The servo online oil sampling and controlling device comprises a water pump, a direct current power supply interface, a power supply conversion unit as well as a CAN (Controller Area Network) communication unit, an ARM (Advanced Reduced Instruction Set Computer Machine) chip, an information acquisition and feedback unit, a control driving unit and a solenoid valve which are respectively connected with the power supply conversion unit, wherein the ARM chip is used for realizing the dual closed-loop control for the sampling amount and the flow speed of a sample by the control driving unit; and during detection, the solenoid valve is opened and oil enters the device under the action of the water pump. The method is realized in such a way that when the water pump works, the information acquisition and feedback unit is used for acquiring an rotating angle and speed of a water pump impeller in real time and transmitting the rotating angle and speed to the ARM chip; and the ARM chip is used for calculating a fed signal valve and then comparing the calculated signal valve with expected values of the given sampling amount and the flow speed of the sample and further adjusting the operation state of the water pump according to the difference between the calculated signal valve and the expected values. The servo online oil sampling and controlling device and the method disclosed by the invention have the advantages of simple structure, high calculation speed, high communication efficiency, convenience in expansion and self-protecting function of current closed loop.
