Video coding and decoding device suitable for multicast packet loss resistance

The invention provides a video coding device and a corresponding decoding device. The coding device comprises a coding control module, an intra-frame coding module and an inter-frame coding module, wherein the coding control module is used for determining video frame types, and the video frame types comprise an I frame, a P frame and an enhanced P frame; the intra-frame coding module is used for coding the I frame in a GOP (Group of Picture) group and then preserving the I frame as a reference I frame; the inter-frame coding module is used for carrying out inter-frame coding on a video frame according to a reference P frame or the reference I frame and correspondingly updating the reference P frame when the video frame type is the P frame; or according to the inform of the coding control module, the inter-frame coding module is used for carrying out inter-frame coding to generate the enhanced P frame according to the reference I frame and correspondingly updating the reference P frame when the video frame type is the enhanced P frame. The video coding device can effectively solve the problem that one GOP generates packet is lost, so that an image cannot correctly receive coding in the prior art, and the transmission of the I frame can be further ensured in a preferred way.
