Forest resource actuality Anshan city is investigated by American LANDSAT TM5. Result shows forest resource 466 933.52 hm 2, it is 50.32% of soil area Anshan city. And shrubbery's area is 81.11% of forest area. Then, this paper analyses major issues and suggests recovery approach and ecological construction mode.
