Review on the researches and progress of water mist fire extinguishing technology

The advantages of water mist fire extinguishing system are introduced.Especially,the construction and main characteristics of high pressure single fluid water mist fire extinguishing system(HPSFWMS) are discussed.Some key technological and theoretical problems in developing HPSFWMS are analyzed and put forward.Furthermore,the recent researches and applications of this novel technology at home and abroad are reviewed.
