Representation and Transmission of Control Information in An Open Architecture Controller

Representation and transmission of control information is one of the key techniques for construction of open architecture controllers. In the paper, nested task unit is used to represent the control information and the task unit is described as Finite State Machine (FSM). The nested structure makes the information transmission smoothly and makes the task units intelligent to coordinate and control the modules at lowlevel. Finally the experiments are completed, which show the practicability of the proposed method and the capability of the extension of functions.
