A Process Algebra Based Method for Value Analysis on Service Process Model

As the quality of service models determines the quality of service systems to a great extent,and besides the consistency,unambiguity,etc.,of model itself,the fulfillment of customer's service requirements is a more important standard to measure whether the quality of service models is good or not.In service engineering,customer's service requirements are difficult to express accurately and comprehensively.By utilizing value models,this paper describes customer's service requirements from both functional and non-functional aspects.By importing the quality constrain of action and an implementation degrees of value function into Pi-calculus,VPA(value process algebra) is proposed,which is used to formally describe and validate service business proves model.By utilizing semantic equivalence matching algorithm and weak bisimulation theory,this paper verifies realizability,complete realizability of goal value,and analyzes the implementation degrees of goal value,and quantitatively checkes whether and to what degree customer's service requirements are met by service business process model,so as to provide references for value-oriented service model optimization.
