Caractérisation d'un système de production orienté service (SP-OS) dans un contexte de servicisation

Cet article traite de la coherence dynamique, au sein d'une entreprise, entre activite Produit et activite Service. En se basant sur un ensemble de travaux recents sur les systemes de production orientes Service, ce papier propose un outil d'investigation, permettant de mettre en relation les variables qui caracterisent a une date t les dimensions d'un systeme SP-OS et de porter jugement sur la coherence interne des choix qui regissent le couplage entre activite Produit et activite Service. Cet outil d'investigation offre la possibilite d'interroger d'autres configurations obtenues en croisant les variables qui caracterisent a un moment donne les differentes dimensions d'un systeme SP-OS.
