건물에너지 해석프로그램을 이용한 공공기관 업무용건물 에너지효율등급 개선에 관한 사례연구

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of energy conservation measures (ECMs) and potential annual energy savings for improving the building energy performance rating of a public office building, using a dynamic energy simulation program such as eQUEST 3.64 (DOE-2.2 ver.). The ECMs proposed in this study includes super insulation, high-performance window, daylighting with dimming control, light-emitting diode (LED) lights, a dedicated outdoor air system (DOAS), enthalpy heat recovery systems, water circulation pumps for ground-source heat pump (GSHP) systems, air-side economizer control for a communication room, and so on. As a result, it was identified that the primary annual energy savings of the proposed design with the ECMs can be achieved by 45.3% and 39.6 % when compared to the actual baseline design that doesn’t include the ECMs and the 1st building energy performance rating (300 kWh/m2-yr) regulated by Korean government, respectively.
