On study of a patch antenna with shorting posts

The finite-element method (FEM) is applied to analyze a thin substrate antenna with shorting posts. The resonant frequency of this kind of antenna is studied and compared with other numerical result and experimental data. © 2004 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
