The ContiRoll double belt press for the continuous manufacture of particleboard

At Isoroy Company, France, the first ContiRoll double belt press for particleboard in Europe has started manufacturing. Under practical conditions it has been investigated whether and how the expectations were fullfilled, which were placed especially in this double belt press and, generally, in the continuous pressing process. As a result, it may be started from the fact that the ContiRoll press is able to produce particleboards ca. 22,50 DM/m3 cheaper than a well controlled single-daylight press
