Exchanging Third-Party Information in a Network

We consider the problem of exchanging information in a network, where every node can communicate with every other node through a common channel. In our model, every node wishes to exchange some local information (perhaps about a third party) with every other node in the network through the common channel. We provide the rate region for this fully connected network. The rate region we compute can incorporate side knowledge of the exchanged information by the nodes. We demonstrate an application of the rate region to a thirdparty channel-information exchange and demonstrate a code that is optimal.
