Robotics Education of Design and Making Aimed to Concurrent Engineering.

The Department of Systems and Control Engineering of Osaka Prefectural College of Technology in Japan has a curriculum which is called "Case Study on Design of Mechatronics Systems". This is a practical curriculum to teach our students the process from conceptual design through detailed design, production, to documentation. Especially, the characteristic of this curriculum is a parallel working to make robots. In this paper, we describes the results and its estimation of robotics education by concurrent engineering.
