The deployment algorithm of heterogeneous wireless sensor networks based on energy-balance

Specific to the heterogeneity of wireless sensor network, this paper studies the deployment method of heterogeneous WSN based on energy-balance in terms of the heterogeneous networks encompassing two types of nodes with different energy level. In detail, this paper established the network lifetime maximum model based upon energy heterogeneous nodes ratio and managed to solve the deployment proportion of two types of nodes by setting up a new energy consumption model to compute the energy cost of them. In addition, this paper presented a deployment algorithm that can “terminate” the two types of nodes simultaneously, which proves to be able to increase the network lifetime effectively.
