A fast regulator with semi natural commutation

This paper presents an on load tap changing (OLTC) regulator used to maintain the output voltage between certain limits. This regulator uses the semi natural commutation in order to avoid the shortcircuit. The regulator is of the fast type, because is able to correct sags, swells, beside other voltage variations.
