The Tactical Exercise System of Naval Weapon and Equipment System-of-systems Warfighting Simulation

As an important part of Naval Weapon and Equipment System-of-systems (SoS) Warfighting Simulation System, the Tactical Exercise System primarily focuses on the tactical operations, which are abstracted from a campaign, and the implement of tactical exercise on the map. The system consists of the geographical information subsystem, the tactics-plotting subsystem, the data--management subsystem, the simulation-control subsystem, the marking-maker subsystem, and the multimedia-maker subsystem. This paper describes the role of the system in Naval Weapon and Equipment SoS Warfighting Simulation System, introduces its basic structure, its function, and its simulation mechanism. Finally, we fully discuss the function implement of each subsystem.
