Using Delphi -Fuzzy to Construct a Multi-attribute Decision-making Model for the Effectiveness of Rural Revitalization and Development

The economic system in rural is experimenting with different developments and innovations in China. For the packaging and marketing of agricultural products with regional cultural characteristics through the network platform, emphasis is placed on the value of regional cultural characteristics, eco-tourism, and the multi-industry promotion of online live broadcasts. Let the rural revitalized economy present a new development model. This paper mainly collects and analyzes literature, and uses two methodologies, the Delphi method, and fuzzy logic theory, to establish a multi-attribute decision-making model for analyzing the effectiveness of rural revitalization and development, which provides scientific and theoretical support for the research.
