The invention provides a ten-axial synchronous control method of a biaxial warp knitting machine. In the invention, two buses are adopted, wherein, a high-speed real-time bus respectively controls operation of three warp beams, a drawing shaft, a cloth-bearing shaft, three weft-inserting shafts, a rolled bent axle and a principal axis; a warp knitting command is transmitted to a corresponding servo controller through the Ethernet Power Link high-speed real-time bus, and the servo controller controls rotation of respective servo motors and adjusts the revolving speed of the shafts in real time according to the requirement of the command; the X2X middle-speed buses are respectively connected with a switch input module, a switch output module, an analog output module and a D/A conversion module; and a router interconnects two networks of the Ethernet Power Link high-speed real-time bus with the X2X middle-speed buses to exchange information, and a human-computer interface computer processes signals to complete real-time dual-bus control. The ten-axial synchronous control method of the invention has good real-time property, high reliability, simple maintenance, good maintainability and distributed control.
