Machine-tool fault setting and detecting device used for teaching

Disclosed is a machine-tool fault setting and detecting device used for teaching. The device includes a fault-setting plate, a fault-detecting plate, a PLC and a plurality of specific relays. The fault-setting plate, the fault-detecting plate and the plurality of specific relays are respectively and electrically connected with the PLC. The plurality of specific relays are respectively connected with a plurality of specific fault-presetting points of machine-tool lines. The machine-tool fault setting and detecting device used for the teaching connects the plurality of specific relays with the plurality of specific fault-presetting points of the machine-tool lines. When the specific fault-presetting points are switched off, the lines of the specific fault-presetting points are broken off and setting of fault points is completed and when the specific fault-presetting points are switched on, the lines of the specific fault-presetting points are switched on and detection of fault points are completed. A teacher can selectively set fault points arbitrarily through the fault-setting plate and fault detection is carried out by students through the fault-detecting plate so that in fault-detecting teaching, the device is small in operating quantity and high in teaching efficiency and no fault-detection material is required. Wires are not contacted in the whole fault-detection process so that security is relatively high and device damages are less.
