The invention discloses an IMS (internet protocol multimedia subsystem) domain coloring ring back tone (CRBT) processing method which comprises the following steps: receiving notice information sent by a called terminal during the process of originating a call to the called terminal by a calling terminal; according to mapping relation between a built CRBT identification and the notice information sent by the called terminal, selecting a CRBT identification corresponding to the notice information sent by the called terminal; and playing the CRBT corresponding to the selected CRBT identification to the calling terminal. The invention further discloses another IMS CRBT processing method, an IMS CRBT processing device, a CRBT processing system and a terminal. According to the invention, the problem of channel and resource waste in the prior art can be solved, the channel and resource utilization rate can be improved.
