Automatic correcting method and device for flow meter impulse

The invention discloses an automatic correcting method and device for a flow meter impulse. The correcting device comprises an impulse detecting module, a central processing unit and an impulse output module, wherein the impulse detecting module is used for detecting if the output impulse of an encoder of a flow meter is input to the central processing unit; the central processing unit is used for performing operational analysis to the input pulse and outputting a signal to the impulse output module; the impulse output module outputs the impulse signal subjected to operational analysis. The correcting method comprises the following steps: a segment distinguishing integrative compensation method is adopted to divide the flow velocity of the flow meter into n flow velocity sections; errors generated in the n flow velocity sections of the operation of the flow meter are accumulated and counted precisely as per different characteristics of the errors in different flow velocity sections; when the accumulated impulse error value reaches a correction threshold value, the correction is performed immediately, and the corrected impulse is output. Therefore, not only is the correction precise, but also the corrected impulse is uniformly distributed in the output impulse, so that the correction and output are stable, and the correcting precision is high.
